BIOGRAPHY

Ann Casey is an expert in helping public sector and not-for-profit leaders think about how to communicate their mission to employees and stakeholders to motivate and inspire them. Her expertise in organizational development helps organizations fulfill their mission efficiently and effectively. Her research topics include project management, quality system development and implementation, organizational and process improvement, strategy and planning, readiness and training, and resource analysis and development. She helps organizations fully realize their potential. She helps leaders build an environment of trust that fosters innovation, and helps employees identify ways they can harness their passion to contribute to their organizations' success and promote their personal success. Prior to joining CNA, Ms. Casey was with the Department of Homeland Security where she designed and implemented change management and communication plans for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to implement a knowledge repository for improving investment decisions and leveraging services across the department. Ms. Casey also brings practical management insights and industry best practices from over a decade at Hewlett-Packard Medical, an International Standards Organization/Food and Drug Administration compliant Fortune 50 company. Ms. Casey has an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Tufts University.
