Ryan Baker

CNA analyst Dr. Ryan Baker has been awarded the Department of Defense Meritorious Service Medal for his work as a Talent Management Operations Officer in the Marine Innovation Unit of the U.S. Marine Forces Reserve. The text of his award notes that Baker “meticulously and creatively managed billets allocated by Marine Forces Reserve,” and that he “quickly analyzed the issues faced by each organization” and “developed plans of action and milestones briefing these for approval at Marine Innovation Unit engagement boards.” At CNA, Baker is a research scientist with the Operational Training and Readiness Program.
