Molly McIntosh, Ph.D.
Research Team Leader
Molly McIntosh is an expert in military personnel policy and compensation analysis. She has served as CNA's Scientific Analyst to the U.S. Navy Director of Military Personnel Plans and Policy Division and as a Field Representative to the Commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific. McIntosh held the position of Senior Research Scientist until assuming her current position in April 2017: Research Team Leader for the Resource Analysis Division's Defense Workforce Analyses team.
Prior to joining CNA, McIntosh worked as a research assistant at the Brookings Institution, at the University of California, Berkeley, and at Princeton University.
McIntosh has a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Economics from Princeton University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
