Molly McIntosh, Ph.D.
Research Program Director
Molly McIntosh directs the Navy Compensation and Personnel Policy Program. She is an expert in military personnel policy and compensation analysis. McIntosh has served as CNA's Scientific Analyst to the U.S. Navy Director of Military Personnel Plans and Policy Division and as a Field Representative to the Commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific.
Prior to joining CNA, McIntosh worked as a research assistant at the Brookings Institution, at the University of California, Berkeley, and at Princeton University.
McIntosh has a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Economics from Princeton University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
