
Bridgette Clements
Bridgette Clements specializes in research on law enforcement, training and technical assistance to law enforcement personnel, and implementing organizational reform in agencies. Her focus areas include hot spots policing, crime and social network analysis, traffic stop analysis, and policy and training review.
At CNA, Clements serves on the leadership team for the Independent Monitoring Team for the Chicago Police Department Consent Decree. She has previously led and worked on racial bias audits and organizational assessments in cities across the country, including Albany, New York; Niskayuna, New York; North Charleston, South Carolina; and Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition, she has worked with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona on the traffic stops analysis team. She has received CNA's Safety and Security Initiative Award and Impact Award.
Before joining CNA, Clements was a graduate research assistant for the University of Missouri - Kansas City. In this role, she was part of the research team that partnered with CNA on the Kansas City, Missouri, Smart Policing Initiative grant. She conducted data collection and analyses alongside the Kansas City Police Department on hot spots policing and social network analysis.
Clements has a Master of Science in criminal justice and criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and criminology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
