BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer Griffin is an expert in a variety of military manpower and personnel topics, including active and reserve component recruiting, endstrength, manpower management, career paths, compensation, and retention. In addition to leading the Marine Corps and Defense Workforce program, she currently serves as CNA's Scientific Analyst to the Marine Corps' Deputy Commandant of Manpower & Reserve Affairs.
Before joining CNA, Griffin was a research assistant, teaching assistant, and instructor at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Griffin has a PhD in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a bachelor of science in applied mathematics and mathematical economics from the California State University, Long Beach.
