M. Jocelyn Cox, Ph.D.

Jocelyn Cox is an expert in providing integrated program management, systems engineering, life cycle acquisition, and data management support to federal information technology modernization programs. She is well-versed in providing both traditional and agile project management support specifically tailored to meet the modernization objectives. Cox has successfully led a wide range of projects for an array of clients across the federal government.

Prior to joining CNA, Cox was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Institute for Atomic and Molecular Physics (AMOLF), in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Cox has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
