BUILDING A BETTER FORCE
Navy Health and Human Resources Program
For a half-century, CNA analysis has helped Navy leaders recruit, train, retain, and educate the optimal force. Most of the Navy Human Resources Program’s 20 analysts have Ph.D.s and deep experience with Navy personnel issues. We design and employ advanced tools, including our Dynamic Decision Model of servicemember retention and big-data analyses of factors related to destructive behaviors like sexual assault. And our work on health analytics and medical readiness helps military medical leaders make informed decisions.
