Tammy Felix, guest host, is a Senior Research Scientist with CNA's Center for Justice Research and Innovation and provides expertise in the areas of emergency management and law enforcement.

Dawn Thomas is Co-Director for the Center for Emergency Management and Operations and is an expert in large-scale incident planning and response.

Steve Rickman has over 40 years of experience in emergency management, community policing, and homeland security.

Chief Rodney Monroe has over 40 years of experience in law enforcement, retiring as Assistant Chief of Police in Washington, D.C. and serving as Chief of Police for 15 years in three cities.
