Pauline Hill

Pauline Hill specializes in talent acquisition and people operations. As a value-driven talent acquisition specialist in CNA’s People Operations division, she leads recruiting efforts across both experienced and early-career professionals, supports campus engagement, and manages the Business Operations Internship program—recognized alongside the CNA Research Internship's as among the US Top 100 Internship Programs in 2025.

Before joining CNA, Hill served as a senior manager for people and culture at a child welfare research nonprofit and a talent and placement associate for a staffing agency. She has also served on the board of directors for a local Washington, DC, organization and interned in the Public Diplomacy and Political sections in the US Embassy in Malaysia.

Hill is a Senior HR Certified Professional and holds a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in international development with a minor in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
