The Domestic Terrorism Offender-Level Database is the first publicly available offender-level terrorism database that prioritizes psychosocial, trauma-related, and life history variables. The database consists of 217 variables sorted into 13 subcategories capturing a range of prosocial, antisocial, risk, and protective factors. This codebook describes the inclusion criteria, coding guidance, and limitations of the data, and defines each variable.
