Race/Ethnicity

Within the Reserve Components, deployed officers and enlisted personnel were both more likely to be White and less likely to be Black than the force as a whole (See Table 8.9). Differences in the racial/ethnic mix were related to occupational representation for both officers and enlisted personnel.
