Nearly 98 percent of the USCG Reserve enlisted members have at least high school credentials, exceeding the civilian comparison of 89 percent (Table 7.13). As far as college experience, USCG Reserve enlisted members were less likely than their DoD Reserve counterparts to have college experience, who were less likely than the civilian comparison group to have at least some college.
