Kaitlin Moloney

BIOGRAPHY

Kaitlin Moloney is an expert in criminal justice research and crime analysis. She currently serves as an associate research analyst in CNA's Center for Justice Research and Innovation. Moloney's research interests include body-worn cameras, crime analysis, and smart policing. Prior to joining CNA, Moloney was a crime and research analyst at The Finn Institute for Public Safety in Albany, NY. Ms. Moloney has previous experience as an embedded crime analyst in police departments, as well as in fusion centers. Her previous research experience is in drug court evaluations and bail reform analysis. Moloney holds a M.A. in criminal justice from University at Albany, SUNY, a graduate certificate in homeland security from University at Albany, SUNY, and a B.A. in criminal justice from The University of Scranton.
