CNA’s Center for Research on Military Families and Children posts research that brings information and insight to the physical and mental health issues of children and families of members of the military services. If you would like to your research to be considered for posting to this page, e-mail a pdf copy of your paper, along with a brief description of the purpose and findings of your research to militarychildren@cna.org

Areas of interest include (but are not limited to) the effects on military families and children caused by:

• separation due to the deployment of a military parent or parents,
• multiple deployments of a military parent or parents,
• parallel deployments of both mother and father,
• the return home of severely wounded or injured military parent or parents,
• the death of a military parent or parents.
