This volume of the Desert Storm Reconstruction Report examines the Antisurface Warfare (ASUW) operations conducted during Operation Desert Storm. It describes both the operations themselves and the command structure that was used. It discusses the offensive concept of ASUW operations and explores how assets were used to implement it.
