This volume surveys the record of USN and USAF cooperation and rivalry since the beginning of the 20th century, with special emphasis on the period from 1970 to 2010. It also identifies and analyses the principal drivers toward cooperation and rivalry and makes some observations and judgments on the evolution of the relationship. The study (in slide handout format) is a basic resource and primer for further research and analyses by students and analysts of naval and military affairs.
