Washingtonian Magazine Names CNA a "Great Place to Work"

Alexandria, Virginia — For a second time, the editors of Washingtonian Magazine have selected CNA (CNA) as one of the Washington DC Area's "50 Great Places to Work". CNA was also recognized in 2001. The award is bi-annual.

In announcing that CNA was selected, Washingtonian Senior Editor Sherri Dalphonse said that the company was chosen because of its "interesting work, good benefits, collegial staff, stability, employee development and community involvement."

"We are honored that Washingtonian Magazine selected CNA among the many, many quality organizations in the region. It is wonderful to be recognized in the community for the quality of our work, the work environment we have created, and the way in which we support our staff," said CNA President Robert Murray.

CNA, is a nonprofit public interest research and analysis organization, has conducted objective research and analysis since 1942. Research and analysis focuses on a wide range of public policy issues including national security, homeland security, health, education, transportation and other issues. CNA employs 600 people. It is the fourth largest company in Alexandria, Virginia.
