The Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Appalachia, a program run by CNA, presents:
Tennessee Path to College: A Bridging Research to Practice Event
Wednesday, November 14, 2012
SCORE Center, Nashville, TN

In response to Tennessee’s First to the Top Initiative, this event will engage school and district leadership teams in exploring evidence-based recommendations on college readiness. The event is organized around the IES (Institute for Education Sciences) Practice Guide, Helping Students Navigate the Path to College: What High Schools Can Do. The event will include presentations by expert researchers, policy makers, and practitioners, as well as school/district team discussion, reflection, and planning to boost college readiness and access in Tennessee secondary schools.
