Event: CNA National Security Seminar Series – Oct 22

Lieutenant General (LtGen) George J. Flynn, USMC, the J-7 Joint Staff Director for Joint Force Development, will discuss the new Capstone Concept for Joint Operations. When General Martin Dempsey signed out the document on 12 September, he described the concept as proposing “Joint Force elements, globally postured, able to combine quickly with each other and mission partners to integrate capabilities fluidly across domains, echelons, geographic boundaries, and organizational affiliations.” LtGen Flynn has been deeply engaged in the formulation of the Capstone Concept.
