CNA China Studies Hosts Discussion with James Zimmerman

CNA China Studies will host a coffee and dialogue with long-time China hand and Beijing-based businessman, James Zimmerman, author of the American Bar Association’s China Law Deskbook: A Legal Guide for Foreign-Invested Enterprises. Zimmerman will address policy trends and issues affecting U.S. businesses in China such as Beijing’s industrial policies, the indigenous innovation strategy, intellectual property protection, important trends in the Chinese judiciary and recent legal developments of note. He will also offer his analysis of the relevant outcomes of the recently held U.S.-China Strategic & Economic Dialogue.
