The CNA Corporation’s one-day conference, "Asia and the Science and Politics of Pandemics," will focus on Asia as one of the epicenters of emerging diseases.

What are the response capacities of various Asian health systems? How are Asian countries cooperating to prevent and control emerging health crises? Panelists, who will include policy experts, infectious disease specialists, academics, and diplomats—will address these questions and explore health crises as political issues for Asia’s regional governments.
