CNAC's Health Care Operations and Policy Research Team combines robust research and analysis with a practical, firsthand understanding of the health care industry at the individual, local, state, and national levels. Particular areas of expertise include: organizing, financing, and delivering health care; long-term care; quality of care and patient safety; government health programs; substance abuse and prevention; and emergency response and preparedness.
We analyze and explore the many critical issues that affect the nation's health care industry, including issues relating to executive management and governance, operations management, customer management, care management, provider network management, financial management, and human resources. Because of the team's experience in, and understanding of, key health care issues, we are able to provide the high-quality research and analysis that enable health care policy-makers and practitioners to improve the nation's health care system.
