Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) Reports on Educational Challenges and Technical Assistance Needs

In 2004, the U.S. Department of Education convened ten Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) charged with conducting a thorough assessment of states' education technical assistance needs and producing a comprehensive report of their findings.  CNA Education provided crucial analytical, technical and logistic support to the committees.

Over the course of the contract, CNA hosted numerous in-person and online meetings for 150+ committee members; gathered, analyzed, and presented data to the committees; synthesizes committee findings; and collaborated with committees to write final reports.
