A Commitment to Diversity

Diversity reflects the world in which we live and makes for a dynamic work setting that fosters creativity and performance excellence. Differing points of view, different frames of reference, and a broad range of life experiences bring energy to the workplace that has helped CNAC become a world leader in producing effective, insightful analysis.

The CNA Corporation maintains an all-inclusive diversity program. Supported by an advisory committee, CNAC's diversity efforts are designed to ensure that we attract, develop, respect, motivate, and retain highly skilled people without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, personal background, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, education, or position within CNAC.

Through this program the advisory committee develops diversity initiatives and implements organization-wide awareness programs. The committee also works to identify and promptly address diversity issues as they arise and makes recommendations to senior managers to help improve policies and practices to ensure that all employees are appreciated, evaluated objectively and equitably, and offered equal opportunities to grow and advance in their careers.
