W. Eugene Cobble, Jr., Ph.D. is a specialist on Euro-Atlantic security and interstate political-military cooperation. His studies at CNA have focused on naval international collaborative procurement, improving interoperability between the U.S. Navy and its principal international partners, foreign navy capability assessments, and USN crisis-response issues. He has served as the CNA scientific analyst to OPNAV N81 and as the embedded field representative to Combined Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa, located in Djibouti.
