Tammy L. Felix has over 10 years of experience performing analytical and research support work for a variety of safety and security projects focusing on emergency management, homeland security, and law enforcement issues. Felix’s experience in technical assistance encompasses capabilities-based planning and analysis as well as exercise support and evaluation. Felix has advanced training and experience in survey development, policy analysis, project management, and evaluation methods.
