Laura E. DePasquale

Laura E. DePasquale joined CNA in 2004 and while here, she has held various positions, including senior compensation analyst, manager of employment, and manager of workforce analysis and diversity. She has more than 15 years of experience in both profit and non-profit organizations.

Prior positions include Human Resources Specialist at Barton Inc.; Human Resources Generalist at Brokers’ Risk Placement Service, Inc.; Human Resources Specialist at Hanover Direct, Inc.; and Career Advisor at Radford University Career Services Center.

DePasquale earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University, Radford, VA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Science (Concentrations in Business, Psychology, and Sociology) from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. DePasquale also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
