Jayme Pittsonberger is a resilient project manager and thought leader with 16 years of professional experience. Currently, she is the project director of an internal Leadership Development program for current and future leaders of CNA. In the recent past, Pittsonberger was a team lead for several competency management efforts within DoD’s Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) community. She has also worked within organizational development areas, such as program evaluation, competency modeling, research, report writing, data analysis, and focus group practices. Her work includes a transition in governance paper for the 44th Presidential Administration for the United States. Pittsonberger has worked as an external consultant to several state and federal clients.
Her past work experience varies from data conversion, supporting multi-million dollar data transactions, and training staff to configuration management, hardware/software deployments, and assisting with budget processes to multi-million dollar research contracts for the U.S. Department of Education. Pittsonberger has academic experience with conflict analysis and resolution through the nationally renowned ICAR program at George Mason University. Prior to joining CNA, Pittsonberger worked at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). Over the course of her distinguished career, she has become a member of various affiliations and service to the profession as well as having received several honors and awards, including the first ever-awarded Volunteer of the Year award at AIR (2006) and the Psychology Student Diversity Affairs Student Diversity Contributor Award (2005).
She received both her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University. Pittsonberger also carries certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i2.0), Writing Federal Proposals, and Facilitating Organizational Change.
