Janelle Phelps, Ph.D.

Janelle Phelps, Ph.D. joined CNA’s Center for Naval Analyses in September 2010. She is a research analyst in the Advanced Technology and Systems Analysis division. At CNA, she has worked on and co-authored several studies related to naval aviation. In addition, she has developed several user manuals for naval aviation scheduling software.

Phelps completed her B.S. in Bioengineering at Rice University in 2004 and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Duke University in 2010.
