(2011 – Present) Project Manager and Event Coordinator.
(2005 – 2011) Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Resource Analysis Division. Managed all administrative duties for the vice president and director. Provided assistance and advice to staff in division on administrative issues. Provided overall administrative support to vice president, including maintaining informational databases and filing, managing calendar, and assisting with time management and prioritization of tasks.
(2004 –2005) Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs. Provided administrative support to vice president, which included maintaining the vice president’s calendar, filing, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and managing flow of the office. Responsible for developing and managing corporate-wide constituent outreach database. Managed, organized, and coordinated select corporate outreach events.
(1998 – 2004) Conference Specialist. Duties included supporting the research program by organizing research conferences and large project meetings. Handled all meeting logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
