Pearl Mihara

Pearl Mihara brings nearly 30 years of human resources and organizational development experience to the CNA management team. As vice president of Human Resources, she is responsible for providing strategic direction in all areas of Human Resources, including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.

Mihara has been responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for human resources within major business units of General Dynamics, Alliant Tech Systems (ATK), and Hughes Electronics. In addition to her experience in the defense industry, Mihara has held leadership positions in the telecommunications start-up and NGO sectors. Her leadership agility and experience has influenced business-critical issues such as leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition and HR transformation. Her recent challenges have focused on growth through acquisitions, operational excellence, restructuring rewards programs, and business integration.

Mihara holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco.
